Gets along with other dogs? Absolutely not, he attacked my neighbors dog across the street on Friday.

Likes cats?  Unknown but I seriously doubt it Good with kids?  I wouldn't be comfortable.  He needs an Alpha person who can establish authority.  He knows his commands but not always obedient.  He's not vicious towards humans, unless he's after their dog.
