Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role that will be located in Miami, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, creating expense reports, providing executive support, and communicating with clients and vendors. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for general administrative assistance as needed.


  • Experience providing executive administrative assistance and support
  • Ability to create and manage expense reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with general administrative assistance tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Additional experience in event planning, social media and content creation would be beneficial.
